No I think he's just mentioning that as an fyi. And the reason why a ton of Rebirth0's index-loving files are in the game is because those were the kind of files that generally got accepted when more strict rules on judging were applied because of the avmiss bug, etc. Number of files in-game certainly doesn't mean that they're good IMO. All a matter of opinion.

Rebirth has so and so files in game. Doesn't mean I like his files. To be honest, bmah has the highest rate of files I like v. the ones I don't like. The only one I really didn't like of his was Anti-ARES--I've loved every other file.

The only file of Rebirth's I can think of that I actually liked was ESC - Super version.

almost all of his files in ffr are pick a rhythm, step random generic index patterns, rinse and repeat

but who cares he's permabanned so it's not like there will be any more

Rebirth's files in FFR are almost the same as his files in SM.
