so at this time we get our new SAPs that are shown in parentheses in the OP?

The number in the brackets is the amount of SAP you had previously, and the number outside of those brackets is the amount you currently have now.

However, it seems that the list needs to be updated, as indicated by the OP. I'll have to contact jx to ensure an updated list.

I sent a file in late July right after the last batch was sent to judging, is there a way to know if it's on this list? And does my submission cap reset, even though a new judging period has yet to begin?

Check the first post to see the first file that's being counted for this set of 120 files (it'll show the date as well). If you sent your file after that time, it's counted.

Yes. Submission caps are maintained by bi-monthly periods, not by the last time judges have made reviews.
