My submission cap section should say DossarLX ODI - 40(39). It was 39(37) before and I only got 1 SAP from Extratone in a Perfect World in the July Batch.

dore and icontrolyourworld should have a submission cap of 4, and I should have a submission cap of 5.

Getting less than 1.0/10 average score in a file -> penalty -2
[--] [Unutterable, 0/10] Extremely bad file, or files just for kidding judges. Rare rating, and completely waste of time for judges. You will get some penalties if your file gets this rating from 2 or more judges.

I think you're referring to Rip Roar Power. I'm not sure how much the 0/10 takes off though.

I should be at 13 SAP for getting Kirlian Isles I accepted into the batch, whenever you get the chance, it says i'm still at 12.

Normalized ratings make some pretty big adjustments (negative wise).

That 8 is probably only worth around 7 points. That was the case in the easy songs batch; an 8 from TC_Halogen was only worth 7.35 points

Normalized ratings only slightly increase something if it's a very low rating. e.g. a 2 was worth 3.37, but who the fuck is going to get a file in with that?

A formula is used that basically adjusts judges' ratings relative to the average ratings they give. If a judge had a total average rating of 7, a 6 is going to be very very bad (worth only around 5 points) etc.
