Alright, just so I'm understanding this process a little clearer and not to misunderstand this.

Given the amount of SAP, we can submit whatever how many files we are allowed to for that 2 month period?

Like, if I were to sent 2 right now because I have 0 SAP, I would essentially have to wait EXACTLY 2 months before I'm allowed to send again?

Or is it a set time where it ALWAYS reverts back on January/March/June/August/ect?

if you send 2 before april ends you could send 2 on may 1st but you'd have to wait til july 1st or later to send your next files

basically if you submit max files every period you could send (your limit x 6)

so wait, is the batch going to be always open then? So like I send literally 2 a month on the first of each month?

I'm pretty sure it moved to this date, but to be frank he hasn't made this entirely clear. I'm preparing myself according to this late date.
