The batch will open very soon, but I'd like to bring a small addition in the rules to everyone's attention:
Postponing Files:
You are allowed to postpone any accepted file you have in the queue if you want to send file fixes in the near future, but are currently unable to do so. You must declare the length of time that you want to postpone. The maximum allotted time for postponing a file is 60 days (2 months). If you fail to make any fixes after your declared time period, your file(s) will be released from the postponed list and will become eligible for release as is. You may not postpone a file more than once.
This rule has been devised as a result of a select few people postponing their files for an unreasonable amount of time, despite periodic reminders.
