We aren't vs anyone. We put the site up because FFR was gone for so long. It's not like we're trying to make a huge site out of it. Actually we're now known as the FFR bomb shelter lol anytime there's some downtime here people come over there.

Hey guys, just a question - is having swear words in a song title allowed? Of course it could be censored (e.g. "**** the MPAA") but Rebound and I weren't sure of this.

Yeah we can't use the words that are masked in the forum as they are in the game, but you can submit the file and it will be normally judged (It won't be rejected just because of the song name).

Personal record time for stepping a file that was kind of short and I loved the song was roughly 25 minutes. Had most of the chart already mapped out in my head before I started though.

Ack, that's the one track of his I was working on stepping, haha.

Anyway, what I got this time:

Sleet - Torley Wong: Another live piano similar to Rain and Snow. I noticed another similar one called Nightfall I'll step for the next not-special batch.

The Gateway - Ikodo Moonstrife
Fatum Anima - Ikodo Moonstrife
Okay so I really like stepping his music. It's nice orchestral trance and yeah.

Serenade of Storms - Blazing Dragon: More live piano. Song of Storms and Serenade of Water mixed together. It's pretty slow but it builds up nicely.

An Unwanted Magician and a Cheery Rebel - Koirankuje: I found this artist on dA and she does SM and art and music and ... This is a theme of two of her characters, and I'm doing a BG for this as part of an art trade. Thought I'd step it, and she said it'd be fine if I sent it to FFR. If accepted, this could be released in the New Artist batch.

Resubmitting A Battle for the Sky and No Salt.
I'm still confounded by the rhythm guitar stuff in ABftS in the break and aaaa. But the rest should be better. I cut it.
I messed with the levels and added a little bass into No Salt. Hopefully it's not so totally boring now. Wasn't sure what else to do with it while still making it an easy-chart friendly track.


P.S.

I said earlier I wouldn't judge for the next batch, but I think I'd like to keep up the work. Being involved is just too rewarding to skip. So I'm in.
