Re: ITT: I post my weight.
I'm about the same size as Dorby (5'9'' 140,) I ride bicycles every day amounting to over 1500 miles a year, eat fruit, vegetables, pasta, and lean meat, and work out in the gym. I'll be damned if being healthy and physically fit is the equivalent to being underweight.Originally posted by topwhat the hell happened to alden

Re: ITT: I post my weight.
thanks for the reply.. the reason id like to put on some weight is simply because id like to look more full for how tall i am. if that makes sense. i feel im pretty underweight. although i do understand that alot of people would kill to have my metabolism, id like it to go on a break for a whileWhat is the reason you are trying to put on weight? That would help to know so that I can answer sufficiently. If you are wanting more muscle mass, overeating while keeping a daily workout routine should help you see some improvement. If you are just tired of being skinny, well, learn to love it and embrace yourself. Having a high metabolism and eating normally, gaining weight is hard to do, so consider yourself lucky.

Re: ITT: I post my weight.
I measure up to just about 5'6 and weigh something close to 121lbs (it fluctuates by two or three either way), and that's apparently a healthy BMI. Not that I'd complain about having a few extra pounds: need to build myself up properly and shit.Comment
