    6'5 270

I gained 15 pounds since I started working graveyard/broke up with my ex. Id join the bandwagon but I know I won't follow through with this schedule unless I have someone constantly on my ass about it

It's not impossible, just have someone you know really well and will care enough to make sure you don't stray away from your goal. A close friend could do you well as long as you can keep in contact with them.

Re: ITT: I post my weight.

I find other people try to sabotage diets constantly.

"Oh you look great let's get cheesecake"

"You deserve a treat I brought you taco bell"

"What does that mean we can't go out anymore?"

"Oh I bought an entire cake, but that doesn't mean you have to eat it"
The weight of what I say depends on how you feel.

Re: ITT: I post my weight.

I wish I could join the bandwagon too. Being pregnant too means I need to gain weight, although that seems to be difficult for me since I have a fast metabolism. All throughout high school I barely wavered from being 110-120 lbs [5' 7" almost]. Always in the hundred teens range. For my height I'm underweight but I'm EXTREMELY unhealthy. I have always struggled to walk up steps because it winds me. Gym class was a nightmare because I have no energy, endurance, or well lung capacity. If people have tips for that [other than the obvious work on your cardio] I'd love to hear it. I mainly need tips on keeping my endurance up.

I don't think I've ever had anyone give me any of those lines lol

Also ideal weight for me would be 220

...unfortunately, the fastest way for you to shape up in endurance -is- in fact cardio. Even during your pregnancy, you can still (and should be) get(ting) exercise. Obviously, you're not going to be doing extremely strenuous activities, but a walk up/down a street or around the block isn't going to kill you.

Another great thing about cardiovascular activities, like many exercises - you will be able to handle more through repetition. If you continue to do a fixed distance on a regular basis, eventually that fixed distance will become easier for you to handle and you'll be able to increase how much you can do. A high metabolism isn't an excuse to not exercise.

Swimming can help you a lot, too (although, I don't see that being an exercise of choice for you considering you're in MD, and because you're pregnant).

I agree with TC about everything, especially swimming. When I go to the indoor pool there are often pregnant women doing aerobic exercise. Some places even have classes dedicated to just pregnant women. It's a no impact workout.

And there's nothing cuter than a pregnant lady in a bathing suite.

Actually swimming is reccomended for pregnant women because it's good exercise but is less straining since you're in the water. Kinda counter acts the extra weight. But pregnancy really doesn't limit you too much in the cardio area. you can still go for walks, I was told it was fine for me to play DDR, swimming, etc. You just shouldn't be lifting weights. And the more exercise you get the easier labor will be on you.

Another thing that I had found effective was bike-riding. Being that I had an all-terrain bicycle, I was able to change my gear settings to whatever I wanted. I'd set them to the highest gears and try to ride up gentle (or slightly steeper) hills. Bicycle riding is a great form of endurance training, as well as an effective form of resistance training.

Not too bad. I'm pretty muscular and have been toning a lot. I'm about 6'1" and I wanna maintain around 200ish pounds but convert most of the fat to muscle. I've been lifting, dancing, planks and karate at home, ITG/PIU'ing often, and my work often involves setup/breakdown and monitoring things so I'm moving around often. Oh and sex
