5'6, I'm anywhere between 115 and 125, usually stays on the high or low end in between that range every other week. I used to do kickboxing 5 days a week for 5 years [slowed down when school got busy/got a job] now I can only go a few times a month, but I work a very physically demanding job, so I'm gud for now. Wouldn't mind bulking up but I don't feel motivated to at this point.
BMI is the worst way to determine your healthiness. Its does not account for muscle mass what-so-ever. I have a BMI of 24, yet i run 8 miles a day, have a 28 inch waist, and am one of the fittest people I know. If you want an accurate assessment, find a body fat percentage scale. P.S. Im 155.

mnnicol, what's your typical diet/exercise routine? We're of similar height/weight but you've obviously got a lot more lean mass % than I do and I'm looking to cut hardcore until I get a more appropriate bf%.

I do a 3 day split:
1) Chest + Triceps
2) Shoulders + Legs
3) Back + Biceps
Food is just standard "clean" foods...currently cutting so having lots of eggs, tuna, veges, chicken, oats. Have a "carb up" once a week where I just eat a shitload of carbs. Diet could get a tad boring but you get used to it

162.5, down from 170.3 on March 2nd. Not bad, considering I've had a hectic past few weeks and haven't been doing much exercise. Trying to jog regularly now and lift weights twice a week, but the weather has been interfering with my jogging.
Diet is mostly fruits, vegetables and nuts at this point. Some diary products, and some protein where I can squeeze it in. I only drink water and milk. Been eating 6 small meals a day where possible, which interestingly never leaves me hungry or tired, but allows me to drop weight pretty fast if I add in some exercise.
