What's funny is that you don't have to be a "nerd" to know how to build a computer, or know what good stuff is. All it takes is a little research which takes about 10 minutes? People can save a lot of money, but most are just lazy to do some research.
You should learn to read Bender. He's talking about the HARDWARE Mac sells. Not the operating system itself. Before you start **** talking you should grow a ****ing brain and learn to read. You can install OSX on pretty much any Intel based PC. I even agree OSX from a technical aspect is a superior OS, but it's all about needs. If my computer needs didn't involve software that's only been made for Windows, I wouldn't even in my life put Windows on a computer of mine, but these days I'm on Windows 80% of the time.
In my opinion, anybody with a Mac computer:
a) Didn't do their research
b) Dumb as hell (Includes being a hipster ******)
Their hardware is just a bunch of off the shelf stuff like everybody else, but put in a shiny white box. If Steve Jobs took a **** and packaged it in a shiny white box, Mac fanboys would buy it.
I should learn to read, because I supported Mac in this thread. Because I have enough money to buy a Mac, and because I don't complain about high prices in our inanely overpriced economy.
Yup....
I was trying to play devil's advocate seeing as both sides of the argument should be fairly represented, but everyone gets SO GOD DAMNED BUTTHURT on this site, it's like the trolls can't take their own medicine because it hits too close to home.
I LOVE PC'S. I LOVE MAC'S. ****, maybe I just ****ing love technology, don't I?
But when it comes to an unfairly skewed argument, even when I obviously know **** is WAY over-priced during a time where technology just keeps getting cheaper, I can still support Mac computers
Understood, but its like two burger joints side by side, you dont choose the one closer to you just so you dont spend an extra 5 seconds driving, you pick the better one by performance, reputation, and taste.
btw im just teasing you man, im just saying inconvinience alone on account that it literally takes 1 extra second to right click shouldn't turn you away from a mac thats just ridiculous, you buy macs because its userfriendly or you buy PC because it performs better, those are more legitimate reasons.

i use right click a lot and im not going to change the way i do things just because i hop on a different OS
btw i have other more legitimate reasons but the no right click seriously turns me off so much

Can you explain why you support Mac computers? Only difference between a Mac PC and any other PC is the case, and ridiculous price tag. Buying a mac is like buying a coach purse. In the end it's just a vinyl bag like everything else but you're paying for the branding.

Most uneducated opinion evah.
I go to school every week to learn solely about computers and computer systems. I know a lot more than idiot propaganda that's been shoved down my throat. Perhaps I'd take you seriously if you'd actually argue your case.
Also wc, all OS's function differently. You can't really hate on one cause it doesn't function like the one you're used to. It takes time to adjust to these kinds of differences.
First off let me agree with OP. I will never BUY an apple product. Overpriced and worthless for my computing needs.
However...
Macs are built much better than any PC I have repaired. Go compare a tear-down of a random PC laptop VS a newer Macbook Pro LOL. Nearly double the work. As far as hardware they are nearly the same nowadays. Mac still have a better latency for any type of audio/video/midi in/outputs.
Not sure why the artists/musicians that own macs in this thread didn't mention it. Maybe they don't know.
mac books have a right click built into the touchpad dude, just sayin
didnt know this. every single mac ive tried didnt have a right click

i dont expect all OS to function the same. right click is something i will never get over, ever
I never knew not being so tech-savvy as others and wanting a userfriendly computer automatically made you a moron.
You're a moron cause you can't read. We're talking about the ****ing hardware. Not the OS. I agree the OS is great, but the actual physical computer is so ridiculously overpriced. I'm arguing my case. You're just saying "no ur wrong im rite ololol"
