Yeah, it did. So they gave it an actual use now, scaling with level and such, and I read it was most useful at lower levels. I haven't tried it yet myself.

Lol, I just beat the goblin king as a level 5 DB. My GPOAS did 65 damage, and I won with 1HP. Stats are: (24, 17, 25) unbuffed, (45, 23, 42) buffed. So I got incredibly lucky, but it's still possible to beat it at the same level at which you receive the quest. Now to attempt leveling and I guess the Zapruder quests.

You have pretty high strength for a Disco Bandit. How are you managing that?

I think the DB's have it easiest because they have two very strong items, the diamond studded cane, (+9 moxie), which drops in the Friars Gate, but it was one of my pulls, and the ye old golde frontes, from the Clan store (+15muscle). They're both class-specific, which just seems a little unfair.

Also, It was moxie day, and I'm eating pr0n chow meins, which give both moxie and muscle, and grogtinis, which are only muscle. I realized that and I might switch my pulls today, to maybe moxie-based foods.

Argh... I had about everything that Jenova had except that I'm HC so I could only eat Purple Pixel Pies... Anyways... Keep Purple Pixel Pies in mind for HC because they are AWESOME!

What more do I have to say??? And plus since you can now make white pixels, it is even easier!
And, the hidden temple doesn't really seem to scale with level... I'm level 8 DB and I only get around 5 stat points for one adventure...

Got a meat maid, and I'm training in the lymeric (Or however the fuck you spell it) dungeon. My fimiliar is now four wins away from getting it's upgrade, and I'm gonna beat that boss bat sooner or later.

Hmm, well I'm not sure yet, Wiki says 2-27, still checking if it scales. For now, I'll keep avoiding it. Well, if you have everything I have, you'll beat it sooner or later, but now I'm beating quests too fast, and I can't level so considering bringing my BFV, maybe but then my awesome GPOAS is gone, I really need a Mr. Store familiar and some Mr. A's too, cause those are basically essential to softcorers.
Hmm, I never really ever tried anything in the dungeons, but does anybody know when Fernwarthy's basement appears?

Wow!!! I tried it and I got around 25 for one adventure. But, they do have HP and MP reducing adventures... That is about as bad as it gets. Just think of the Tavern without the drunkeness and without the meat... Anyways, the Crypt is still way too strong for me... So now, I farm at the Friars and I farm at the sewer for worthless stuff for some clovers... BTW, I was happy because of clover day today because I was able to make around 30k... And that is awesome for HC.

30 dense meat stacks=30k

So I guess the Hidden temple does hold some purpose now, albeit using it in the best manner.
And that clover trick is the most popular for gaining meat.
Another trick for softcorers, special sauce glove=2500 autosell, so it's 2.5 times more effective than taking meat, but then overall, you'd be taking a loss on it, another way for rich people to get ahead in softcore.

Edit- OK coolest moment ever. Verminski decided he was quitting and said he would give 30 million meat to the first pm'er. And that would be me. Wooooooooooooooo!!!!! Well meh, speechless right now, the shock will hit me later, just WOW.

Edit2- It also Oyster egg day. My multi is adventuring right now, will get pretty close to every one.

^^^ Use the first thread if you're looking for locations of the eggs and the second one for each egg's effect, good, if you're looking to farm a specific type and that would be your best option, especially Oxy or pathed HC peoples.

Anyways, I was able to farm a lot of eggs with my multi and my HC character was doing pretty good. The stat gains from the eggs are really strong, especially at the beginning... And The Hidden Temple is not that great after level 9 or so because they stop scaling eventually.

Yeah, so use that site to find the egg that you think would help you best during HC or whatever you need. And my uber-fast typing=meat.
