FF7-2 or FF10-2

You know how they're making a FF10-2? Wouldn't it kick ass if they made an FF7-2? I mean FF7 was so much better thann FF10 and so wouldn't that just make it better. Plus, it would mean the comeback of MATERIA! Materia was so much better than anything else, except maybe the like, classes in the early ones with things like Red Mage and Red Wizard.

Unfortunatly the 'great' people down at Squaresoft forgot to realize that fan opinions don't matter and by taking X-2 on as the new realease with the release of FFXI (online) they have turned what was once looked at as one of the best RPG series of all time if not THE BEST, and made it into Tomb Raider (Yuna has guns in the game folks....guns! SHES A SUMMONER) and Everquest (Online FF... good idea. BUT IT ISN'T FINAL FANTASY!). Just to sum it up yes FF7-2 sure would be great! Me personally I'd like to see a remake for PS2 maybe, a few extras, bonus disc, other then that you just can't. Final Fantasy games never had sequels always changing, always new. Screw the hype, I would rather play Final Fantasy Tactics or FF3 anyday. *shakes angry fist at Squaresoft*

how does making FFXI online make it into Tomb Radier? An RPG is an RPG, whether it's online or not. Square definately did not sell out on FFXI.

Ahem you guys are dissing ffx-2 when you haven't even -played it.Yuna is trying to hide her identity duh.If she were still wearing her summoner clothes people would recognize her more easily.You guys are just sexist oh no a girl can't be the hero.And you are old foggies when it comes to change.I welcome the changes alot why I thought final fantasy 7 was very highly overated.

PS they are remaking final fantasy 7 for pS2 not a sequel.

gameplay over graphics... always. WOO HOO FFX-2 *cough* sarcasm people. Notice how they never made a previous sequel? It's because that was how FF is supposed to be. It is obvious they are out of good ideas. They are playing on the whole Charlie's Angels theme 3 main female characters and CG loving male losers who buy games such as DOA Beach Volleyball.
