"Wait he didn't post that part." sounds sarcastic. It's obvious that I'm being comical.
I don't see how that's sarcrastic OR comical.
I was talking about the comma before Chris, anyway. Without the comma there it reads like you're talking too fast and need to slow down. I don't think anybody ever says a sentence like that without pronouncing the comma. =\
PS: rofl chicken, mmmmmmmmmm
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
i think maple story sucks because its only purpose, like all other mmorpgs, are leveling up for no reason other than being a level higher than the other guy and therefore, in my opinion, does not qualify as a game
Behold the power supreme, for it shall decide who lives and who dies.
"A game is a structured or semi-structured activity, usually undertaken for enjoyment and sometimes also used as an educational tool. (The term "game" is also used to describe simulation of various activities e.g., for the purposes of training, analysis or prediction, etc., see "Game (simulation)".) Games are generally distinct from work, which is usually carried out for remuneration, and from art, which is more concerned with the expression of ideas. However, the distinction is not clear-cut, and many games may also be considered work and/or art. Key components of games are goals, rules, challenge, and interactivity. Games generally involve mental or physical stimulation, and often both. Many games help develop practical skills, serve as a form of exercise, or otherwise perform an educational, simulational or psychological role."

So I played maple yesterday. Explored that new place and jumped on top of a wold spider and died. Hahaha I doubt I'll play until Riprey comes out or whatever it's called.
Still level 89 except I'm at 0% now. Hooray! Oh and I have 50 mil and all my equips? I don't even remember having that much haha.
O_o
pyro31191: TELL EVERYONE YOU WANT TO TAKE IT IN THE ASS NOW
pyro31191: rofl
pyro31191: You should tell them earlier though
pyro31191: so they can buy dildos instead of fleshlights
err why didnt you jsut put a link for mapletip they have guides.. in catergories and i go for 4 and 4 not 5 and 5 lol sometimes i skip them and have to keep rolling
Yeah so I log on after muling a few items and this CB I've known for a fairly long time chats me and tells me to come to Pianus.
So I go and the cb, a dk, and a wk ran it down while I healed (and did super low damage with claw when I could). Also, their priest that was there for the first 10% or whatever came in briefly but then left and also some mage came in for a bit but then also left... I think those two didn't come back because they died. The priest lagged, and the mage had a bomb blow up on him.
And I got Penus Cream finally.
So I completed the quest.
So my quest log is now "100%"... still have "cupid's courier" and "eliminating ghosts" in there...

First of all, people don't level to compete. Second, if that's really what you think, then you must hate every 2d action-platformer for the same reason. Maple Story can be considered a toned-down online version of Castlevania.
Besides, your reasons don't even make sense. In fact, you sound like one of those people that say "I've never played it, but it sucks".
