Mirror's Edge 2 with
Oculus Rift
Shut up and take my money, take all of it, TAKE THE FUCK OUT OF IT!!!
Also Morpheus (Sony's answer to the Rift) will definitely work with that title!Forgot where I put my old sig lolComment

Re: E3 2014
This has SO MUCH been E3 so far.
Sony and MS still parroting all the stuff that sucked from last gen:
- Assassin's Creed 17: Kill Shit In Egypt Or Something This Time
- GTA9
- A platoon of mediocre shooters
- Dragon Age Effect 5: Electric Boogaloo
- Probably another shitty Batman game with the word Arkham somewhere in the title
- The usual dark, gory, M-rated games with E-rated skill curves.
- Forza 6: "We Hope You Guys Still Haven't Discovered Mario Kart" Edition
We've known KH3 and a new Battlefront are in the works for a while now. Just coast, Sony. Maybe work a bit harder to promote the Vita, which is actually an incredibly solid piece of hardware, but otherwise, there's nothing you need to do.
MS is just cancer.
Oculus Rift and Morpheus are wildcards. The idea that anyone is going to go straight from "We modernized VR" to "Have Mirror's Edge 2" in a reasonable timeframe is probably not realistic.
Anyone still talking about gaming on a smartphone can off themselves.
I expect this to be an underwhelming E3 for the most part.Last edited by Mike Weedmark; 06-12-2014, 01:26 AM.

Re: E3 2014
the hardware for VR is actually coming along pretty nicely. It's not unrealistic to think that we could get a PS4 title running on it any time soon.Comment

Re: E3 2014
VR is just around the corner, which I acknowledged by calling it a wildcard rather than a crazy fantasy.
Mirror's Edge 2 seems like the ultimate way to showcase what VR can do, and that's exactly why I expect a wait. Just having VR isn't the same as making the least trivial possible game to make on VR. Not without sacrificing some of the experience I know people would want from it.

Re: E3 2014
I guess
maybe not so much as underwhelming as my wallet doesn't have enough money to carry all these epic games coming out.
Just looking at all the WiiU titles coming out is making my wallet cry for mercy. Don't even get me started on the non Nintendo stuff. I don't want to look at them ;_;Comment

Re: E3 2014
Did I miss anything important in the last 5 pages
I skimmed it and it looked like a lot of lying from YoshL (big surprise) then a whole bunch of ******ry from other people too, let me know if there were good posts back there
Yo those sound effects
This better not take the Duke Nukem route and shit on all my happy childhood shooter game memories
Because that trailer actually got me the most hype of any recent news
Can't believe I missed it
Wolfenstein: The New Order did a decent job so I am cautiously optimisticLast edited by hi19hi19; 06-12-2014, 08:43 AM.Comment
