Playing Diablo 2 with my friends


Game came out 13 years ago and is far superior to Diablo 3.

Apparently RoS doesn't come with cool wings for your character. I demand my money back.

Oh and funny story about D2. I stopped playing for a while and then after patch 1.11 (I think) came out I randomly decided to play again. Lo and behold, my account was banned a day later for violating ToS because I used a no cd crack. The kicker was if I had actually read the patch notes they removed the disk always has to be in component.

Prob best to just hold onto it.

I have a bunch of plans and shit to give away to anyone who could use them. They're worth something to someone but now they just take up too much bank space haha.

Would anybody be willing to run my hardcore character through hardcore? Mainly just for the achievements and to make the process less painful (tedious). I am more than willing to do it again by myself, but I was hoping someone would make it go by really quick.

I had a level 40 barb and I was being dumb and stood in beams... had all my defense cd's popped and I was being cocky. lol

Back to actually talking about D3. So world record at the moment for paragon leveling is 31 hours 1-100. Some randoms want me to join in on this aka I prep crypts fast as shit, someone does elites while another group is doing the same in a new game. Then we just flip characters and chain run. Been getting about 170mil xp an hour doing this to a lesser extent. Halfway to 99, I can almost taste 100.

Now working on my DH since it's all dex and shit, he's at 35 should be 40 or 50 later today.

Now the big question...would anyone be willing to lend me some gg barb gear if they're not using it? That's the next class I want to level and come on, it's me. Im not gonna keep it haha :P

God I'm addicted to Diablo 2 you guys should stop playing Diablo 3 because it's trash and play Diablo 2 instead
Even if you played it to death a long time ago, you will fall in love again, for sure.

Play on SlashDiablo, Blizz-like server with a tight knit community.

Fuck man, Diablo2 is such a good game...
I currently have a Frozen Orb/Fire Ball sorc for farming high runes, but all my resources will be going into a sin so that I can try out some kicksin/blade fury

Had lost my CD for it back from when I used to play it, bought it again on Amazon not too long ago and it's still just as fun as back then. Diablo 3 was kinda horrible and it makes me sad they didn't just put out another expansion for Diablo 2 instead of making another game that doesn't come close.

I play a mod of D2 that basically makes it an entirely different game. I probably played 5000 hours of original D2 so it is pretty boring compared to much more difficult mods people have made.
