It has come to the attention of few and many that Staff is a joke for several reasons (that are quite frankly obvious).
*Disclaimer-- No names will be mentioned, but this is about the entirety of FFR Staff*
1) Some FFR Staff members are inactive 80% of the time, and by inactive, I mean not doing their job properly.
2) Some FFR Staff members shouldn't be appointed the position because what have they really done and/are doing that deserves the right to the position where there are more qualified people with the time and effort.
3) FFR Wiki Staff is easily the most respectable part of Staff because there is no circlejerk to get in or be a part of staff; as well as just talking to the members. Some staff won't be honest about whatever may arise in questioning or talking in general.
4) Popularity Contests all around. Big names is what staff seems to be revolved around. If a player sat around FFR for years with being involved with the community and helping FFR's growth, chances are good they won't ever be offered a position of Staff.
Thoughts? I know people will get heated from this and frankly I couldn't care what you think about me or this thread. The point is to be shown to the community that staff poses a problem. Seriously, what's the point of being a part of staff if you are not active 50% or more of the time?
