Actually those are 2 different artists and those 3 songs are collabs by the 2. We already had permission from F777 but I don't think anyone ever asled Kriz, so I'm assuming we have permision for both now. Try http://f-777.newgrounds.com/audio and http://kr1z.newgrounds.com/audio for many more tracks by each of them individually.

Hmmm... it seems that Kyle Ward has a new alias, i.e. Oscillator X, but it says that he uses that alias when he collabs with some guy (me too lazy XP). So can we use music under that alias?
