Congratz On Sticky but most newground links need to be fixed:

I don't think you can. If you can, though, save the .mp3 you are listening to in windows to 'my documents'.

Open stepmania, program, smpackage.exe, create song.

I put my .mp3s in the 'my documents' section because it's easier to find them.
