depends on multiple factors:

a) what label are they on, and what contacts do we already have with that label?
b) is the band currently looking for new promotion ideas. aka, are they about to go on tour or are they about to release a CD?

those are the 2 main points. there are others as well though. it's very very different than dealing with an indie band.

I got blanket permission for MasterJace. He's a Pokemon song remixer who posts songs on youtube. The thing is, I've already stepped like half his songs, so check with me first if you want to step one

Dr. Flowershirts is an O2Jam artist, and it's pretty damn near impossible to contact any of those artists since 1) O2Jam servers were shut down and 2) I've never seen an O2Jam artist give permission to FFR.

If you even find a way to contact them I'd be very impressed. Good luck though.

Shiro isn't an O2Jam artist, O2Jam just used one of his/her songs. OSTER Project and SuperGreenX also have songs in O2Jam.

The actualy O2Jam artists are Beautiful Day, Brandy, Ccm, Dr Flowershirts, Uchuu Sentai, KAZE.o2se, nao.paradigm, Pory, Seo Taiji, Super Station, Turtles, and any other artist that has .o2se attached to their name.
