            out of curiosity, why don't we still use the "+?" symbol? (aside from the minor inconvenience of having it at the end of a question...........but "+." is much worse for that for obvious reasons)

            i keep getting confused whenever i read "+." =(

                    + is an acceptance.
                    +. is a minorly flawed file, but still accepted by the judge, and can go on to tass.
                    +? is not accepted, and needs work.
                    ? and - both need lots o' work.
