    Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread

Grah, another [?]... I thought this one could have gotten through, tested and re-editted so many times. Better PR? BS. The jack placements I thought was fine; I have no idea how it doesn't belong there. Ah well, I got 2 more files that I am hoping for some better attention. If those doesn't get in, I'm done with FFR stepping. It's a hopeless heap of patience and potential bias.

17X (forgot the last digit). Also the rest of the song is basically 8th Jumpstream so it probably be a low VC.

Also cool 2/2 for the easy
so blu is gonna cut the song or should I go ahead and do it and send it to you tass?

make the trill a 16th trill. a 32nd trill in the file you described is completely out of place regardless of what's in the music and has zero chance of being queue'd.

if its blatantly obvious that it should be a 32nd trill then its best not to be stepping it at all. if you're stepping like speedcore or some **** a 16th could be fine, but if you're stepping like classical piano or something a 16th trill would feel really awkward lol

yea I naturally assumed it was a speedcore type thing since there aren't a lot of classical piano songs that make any sense as mostly 8th jumpstream, but I agree with this.

I had it 16ths but blu said listen to it closely it's 32nds instead of 16ths so I guess I make them rolls

sometimes rolls won't work; sometimes it works. if it's going to be rolls it should be to something that has not a single hint of a pitch (some rhythms have no definite pitches, but there are alternating sounds etc if you know what I mean). if you put rolls to something like the trill in cp that would be really weird (though the trill in it is still dumb lol).

If you're talking about 3020 then it's not rolls at all. And I didn't mention 32nds anywhere in regard to your files.

Yeah, it should be a 64th every third 64th, meaning red green orange green yellow green red (last red is your jump.

It's not exactly the rhythm but the exact rhythm is too hard compared to the rest of the file, this is just better than the 16th trill.

Thank you. I've basically redone the whole song and cut it at about 1:20. Going to resubmit it and send along 2 new files

if it's a snare roll, buzz, or something similar to that, spins actually fit better

there's no reason to make it "index-friendly" since it's indexers won't be able to do it at that speed anyways
