not saying you're wrong, but you can't just TOTALLY disagree. I knew you guys would respond this way. shows ya where ffr is heading
I disgree that there can't be mistakes because the author of the file defines his or her own framework for making the file. It's a response to a stimulation of some sort, that's your own. *shrug*

The more creative the file the better, imo. I still think my best file is The Space Between. I'll never be able to replicate it.

What I do when I judge is determine what the author was going for and then what inconsistencies pop out at me.

Hyper Highspeed Star (Izzy) [?] - holds, 32nd roll instead of jumptrill would be better, weird double placement, could use cut

Also we're supposed to auto-reject files with holds in them.

didn't 100% read the response to kil's quote and ****

i view an error as a simfile where the simartist TRIES to accomplish something but fails to do so. if it becomes obvious, for example, that they are going for :technical accuracy: and in some parts, it's off, i view it as a technical error.

with stuff like nvlm's sims and stuff- it's quite obvious that with the hardest chart in his files they are nowhere near close to "accurate" from what we view it. however, it's technically not really an error in my book since the end result is what he intended it to be.

also, Izzy, "easy to remove holds" is your responsibility... not ours. and, if your chart is an already released SM chart... at least change some stuff up in addition to removing the holds. don't be lazy and send in the identical chart, holds and all. that shows a lack of caring.

and, it would seem that for FFR, we're requesting you do make some changes to the chart before it'll be included in FFR. so that's good.

            double post worthy...

also, tonight is the last night to submit files for this batch. so get them in, or you'll be waiting an additional 3 weeks (roughly) for the next batch.

Could I resend my file anytime? You've played it but didn't queue it. I'm completely reworking the time changes in it so that the downbeat always falls on a red arrow, but you know how long syncing live piano songs can take. And especially since I already lost a day due to the GWC.

When you just remove holds from a file, it looks awkward as hell because you have sections that look like M.A.M.A

It was never a file i released into the SM community because i was lazy to do so. I fixed it though along with a few other notes. Added a gigantic 32nd roll as well.

By waiting an additional 3 weeks, do you mean another 3 weeks before we can submit something or another 3 weeks before it'll be reviewed?

another 3 weeks before it'll be reviewed... you guys can submit files whenever you want. submissions aren't closed. they were closed for 6 months, but they've been open ever since. send files whenever, they'll just go into the next batch.

edit: AirWave: all information in regards to reviews of submitted files go in the Batch Notes thread. so, when your batch was finished judging, you'd check in that sticky to read about what we thought of your file.

I think I'll have to send it for the next batch.

Also, can someone find the BPM of Chaoz Fantasy by ParagonX9?

I already told you the bpm once and when I told you to make sure the gap was right you said 'gap?'

Maybe you should worry about finding the gap.
