Just in case you didnt know hyper highspeed star isnt a v3. Its a different version of the song.

it's still similar enough of a song that it won't be a normal release, if it gets in. it'll be a ST or some kind of token or something like that.

Eh, for the next batch I already have this 5:35 long DJ Sharpnel file done, Blue Betrayal. I hope its okay because of it's length since the other Blue songs are as long or longer and I hope if it gets added that it goes into secret (but I couldn't play it since I lost all my credits through that stupid gambling game )

Konami has the rights to the music so they can do whatever they want, just like any other record label. But it would be obscenely difficult to get their permission seeing as all of our music industry peeps speak English besides the fact we ripped off their game in the first place.

We currently have a better relationship with Konami than you'd think. But I can't say more. And no, we currently have no rights to any of their music.

Hehe hi19 stepped freedom dive... I love that song. Stepped it for SM, has 2196 steps... so just about the same as yours O.o

Looking at the song list, I see some songs that have great StEpAbIlIty. Hopefully the quality of the files is good if they get into the game.

I was going to say. Newgrounds is far worse than sharpnel if you are compareing generic songs. To bad half our permissions are from newgrounds and I hate trance.

actually, sharpnel can't really be defined as generic. a better word to describe sharpnel would be "repetitive"
