The "all at once" mentality is very bad for the batch. Half of the 120 files could have already been judged within the month that has gone by since it filled leaving only 60 files left to judge, but now there are still 120 files waiting to be judged along with the files being submitted to the next batch.

There needs to be a new system that splits the batch up. "All at once" is not practical here.

you know, I understand you guys are trying to figure out a good solution to this problem and all, but, don't you think just letting these files slowly pile up further and further will only hurt you more? At least try to catch yourselves up before you try to do any super-makeover.
