submission cap reqs get stricter this time (and they will be even stricter in the future), due to limited submission resources.

Also, when is it opening?

No set date yet but don't expect it to come soon right after 50+ files have been newly accepted. I initially predicted to someone else about early March, but even then I think it might be too soon unless the queue list is somehow slim down quickly.

I feel that the SAP list is still a bit too lenient. That probably explains why last queue filled up so quick xd
