i hate to be blunt but it takes a certain skill level to differentiate between two higher skill levels

you wouldnt be able to tell the difference between 220 and 300 bpm js and believe me there's a huge difference

Edit: He did justice to his best scores that he usually gets. Actually he did even better with jacks on my computer.

Just because Dossar has a history of being an annoying young'un doesn't mean he's BS just because he used to be. You have to go from the evidence, and the evidence is in favor of legitimacy by any stretch of margin. If you're going to simply ignore the evidence and assume it's all faked, well, I'd say that's hardly being objective. There are many attributes I could point out about Dossar's videos that would be retardedly hard to fake and would basically require frame editing or a really advanced trainer that I doubt he'd be able to create (I'm not going to point out which attributes I refer to because I don't want to give people ideas).

The problem is that when you defend an obviously BS score, it really kills how people interpret your scores from that point forward. Even if you play legit, the possibility of BS is never fully eradicated, lol.

More on topic, though, I agree that most players just want a get-skill-fast approach. Back when I started playing DWI in 2001 or so, it took me a couple years to get really good. The fastest way to get good is to focus on HOW you play. Hard files improve skill through osmosis alone, but you have a much higher risk of plateauing because you can only get so far if your approach is inferior.

even if your better then most people if you have an elitist attitude nobody is gonna want to listen. Just cause I'm stronger then most people doesn't mean I go around the gym telling everyone they are doing it wrong

Become familiar with the songs. Find songs you like. This is the kind of game where you have a set comfort zone, say standard songs for instance, and every time you stretch that comfort zone, or try a tricky or difficult song, your comfort zone grows and you improve. That being said, practice what is IN your comfort zone too. Practice makes perfect.

Also try adjusting your speed modifiers. People like to set them high because it makes the notes easier to read. Get used to setting it higher and higher over time.

Other than that just have fun. You'll improve over time no matter what.

Dude, this is from weeks ago, after raging, quitting and giving away all my credits I decided to live with it and see if skill just comes naturally.
