Blind Or Deaf?

I considered putting this Critical Thinking and decided not to.

Anyways, I was thinking the other night, if I had to choose between going blind or going deaf, which one would I choose?

I spent the whole night thinking about it, and I couldnt come to a conclusion.

So, would you choose to be deaf, or choose to be blind? And why?

Deaf. I work in a field that depends on my visual senses. I could operate and make a living being deaf no matter how unpleasant that would be.

Blind. I have an extremely good sense of hearing that I could live off of.

half and half...lets see...deaf so that i can see, cuz i wanna be able to see where im going. it irritates me to try going places while pretending to be blind and i just cant do it...but blind so that im able to hear music and play my instruments and be able to hear it and all that...so yeah it can go either way for me.

Thats actually a tough question but between the two I quess I would have to say Deaf.

The worst thing about being blind is not knowing if you have bugs in your food. I could never stand it. I'd constantly be feeling around with my lips and my tongue...

But anyway, I would prefer being deaf, probably. It just doesn't seem to hinder people as much.
