I woud say Tass is more than deserving, but it's like Devonin said. It all depends on if he wants it or not. I think someone should contact him and have him discuss with us here. (And maybe try to put him on better terms with FFR?)

Bbut honestly, maybe just let him vent out anything he could have possibly kept to himself. "The FFR Lo-Down" is quite a lot, but I'm sure there's some other things he'd be more than happy to let out now.

I forgot I don't have the logs anymore because of my HDD wiping, but when we were having the East Coast meet up he actually considered coming but was worried that the community would be offended by that. He doesn't hate the community, quite the opposite actually, he still loves the community.

EDIT: Just think, if he hated the community why would he have come and honored a challenge from how long ago?

The question was whether Tass deserved it, not whether he gave a shit.

I'm not demanding that he be given legend status immediately, I was thought it would be an interesting discussion. And he's not declining the status change, he just says he doesn't care whether or not he gets it since he's not a part of the FFR community anymore. Do you think Shash cares that he got legend status? Probably not since he doesn't come on the site anymore. Like I said before, Legend status is just a way of respecting those who have done a significant amount of work for the site and are no longer active members.

At any rate, he obviously did a lot for the site, and most of the people who have some axe to grind with him are probably just butthurt over some past ban. Can anyone give a real example otherwise?

If you're pissed off at how FFR turned out, blame Synth (and, to some extent, Xelius).

Shash doesn't post anymore either yet has the status. And for someone who's NEVER coming back he logged in this month. But regardless this thread isn't about if he wants it, it's not about other people who deserve it. So please lets go back to the thread's intended purpose. Your vote is no because he doesn't come around and doesn't care. No need to carry it further.

He left the site, he's never really accomplished anything, and he was kinda a dictator when he was here. I'd rather see someone important in the legend area.

Does it matter? He's been gone for years.
Tass has moved on, let's move on without him. I don't think a forum title will matter at this point, regardless of what he did for FFR in the past.
