    Your workout routine.

    Hey so post you're workout routine. We can all benefit off each other hopefully to have more successfull workouts!

    Weight days (every other day): 8 Upper body lift types 15 strokes for 3 reps switching two different types of weights inbetween reps.

    Legs is the same deal 15 strokes of the lift type for 3 reps switching between the both each new set of reps.

    Cardio days (every other day): Around 2 miles usually with a strong incline (live in colorado sooooo figure out the altitude from you air breathing sea levelians)

    Core (everyday): Hmm not so specific on this, I just kinda do core for 10~15 minutes doing many different types ( different types of crunches, planks, ball manuvers, ect.)

    Protein Supplement: Nitrogean

            DDR, weights twice a week (i try to but i forget a lot), squats&lunges, badminton, walking, running.
            I don't have a set routine though lol.

              my workout routine i either walk a couple miles every week or i swim 20 laps every day

                  lifting weights tuesday/thursday [team sports]
                  and team sports every day [mainly basketball] rofl

                      Your core workout is great but you don't need to do them everyday. Resting your muscles is extremely important if you hope to gain something out of it, this goes for every other muscle group as well.

                      Just got back from university so I started up a new workout about 2 weeks ago, kinda looks like this.. the days aren't always the same (sometimes I don't have time on Saturday so I do legs on Sunday instead)

                      Monday: Chest/Triceps/Core
                      Wednesday: Back/Biceps
                      Thursday: Shoulders/Core
                      Saturday: Legs/Core

                      I play soccer and run on various days to keep my cardio up.

                      edit: I use protein too i guess.. couldn't tell you what's it called though lol

                          Gym everyday.
                          Cardio only = tuesday, thursday, saturday, sunday.
                          Upper + Cardio = monday
                          Lower + cardio = Wednesday
                          Upper + lower + cardio = Friday.

                              Walk about 8km per day, 30 minutes cardio, 50 crunches/leg extentions every two days and arm/front every other day.

                              During cardio I drink water with sodium and magnesium to keep going longer.

                              After said workout I'll usually just drink a Gatorade if i'm not at the mall (usually where I take my walks) and if I am, I stop for a protein fruit smoothie.
