    its the only reason im 5'10 170 lb and not 200+ lb

      If I didn't play DDR and Just Dance etc., I'd be fat. If I decided to quit eating so much asd well, I'd be a lot sexier. :P

                  mine changes it usually depends. right now i'm trying to add an inch on my arms so i do tri's and bi's twice a week, then legs, chest, back shoulders, and abs four times a week.

                      I start off with 30 minutes of cardio. The I move on to strength training or weight resistance. Upper body one day, lower body the next, or mix of whatever.
                      IF I CAN CLIMB A TREE, I CAN CLIMB MT EVEREST. IF I CAN DRIVE A CAR, I CAN PILOT A SPACE SHUTTLE. IF I CAN PEE, I CAN BE THE PRESIDENT. IF I CAN POO, I CAN RULE THE WORLD!
