    I don't have a car so I walk everywhere(small college town so its not as bad as it sounds), DDR, and Just Dance.

      Every night around 10pm I run a mile, that is all lol. If im into it and/or into the mood ill do as many sit ups and push-ups as I can

                  I run 4-8km (depending on intensity and mood) right now, a couple of times a week.

                  I weight train ~twice a week. I have a shoulder injury, so I'm limited in the number of lifts I can do, but I do different compound, circuit exercises with weights.

                    20 pushups erryday (should add some sit-ups/crunches in my routine) and occasionally run outside when it's nice out. Also play tennis or frisbee when I get a chance.

                          I workout Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday alternating between workout A and Workout B


                          Workout A:

                          Squat
                          Bench Press
                          Barbell Row

                          Optional (sometimes I do sometimes I don't)

                          Dips
                          Reverse crunches


                          Workout B:

                          Squat
                          Overhead Press
                          Deadlift

                          Optional:

                          Pull-up/chin-up
                          Prone bridge with 25 lbs

                              just started working out. I do 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and then do them again 9 times, then 8,7, etc. etc. when you go to that from absolutely nothing, it burns. and I'm going to rollerblade everyday I can as soon as it gets warmer here for about an hour minimum. (MI)

                                I take walks when it's decent out (45- 75 degrees F) and not rainy. Yeah...I'm picky but in the summer it's almost every day. I also do 10 crunches a day and DDR whenever I'm in the mood. (About 3-4 times a week)
