I have terrible eye sight, unfortunately I'm constantly squinting if I'm too far away in class. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it were all a result off too much exposure to TV/computers. Although I can generally see everything, I usually use my glasses for driving (particularly at night) and for reading things from really far away. My optometrist highly recommends I use my glasses everyday.

How often I use them, that's a different story lol.

oh yeah my PE teacher said this is what he used to do, not hardly wear them and only when he needed to. But guess what? When he did start wearing them everyday, his eyesight was back to normal in like 2 weeks. I hated him for that story though.

Still have perfect eye sight and I sit in front of screens a ton. Your eyes probably get used to the abuse pretty quick.

I believe mine is -2.50 or -2.75

been stable for the past few years because I've been swapping between my old, weak pair of glasses (at home) and new, strong pair (outside of home).

It's been years since I checked and I dont remember the number but I'm sure I need glasses....cant read signs on the road well unless I'm right there within 10 yards (Dont worry guys I dont drive anymore)

I've never worn glasses/contacts, but I can tell my eyes aren't as sharp as they used to be. When I was little I could read stuff from really far away, but now I'm probably just a little worse than 20/20. The only "eye testing" I've done was at sports physicals, which isn't very vigorous at all. I don't think it's anywhere near being problematic at this point, but I'm a little scared that it will be someday. Oh and just like everyone else here I stare at computers a lot.

My contact lenses box says -7.25 on both eyes. I'm freaking blind without glasses or lenses. I need to go every two years or so to the optometrist to see if my retina is still intact.

when i play ffr i see arrows under the arrows

when tv keep switching cameras really fast i feel dizzy and when they pan with the camera i feel sick which i think is eye related

when i try to balance on one leg i fall over prett much stright away which i think is eye realted

computers and tv are proven not to affect eye sight.

Well... I've never had a vision test in my life. So I have no idea accurately, but I can see further and more clearly than friends with good eyesight.

I believe I have around -0.75 in both eyes, however, my mom is at -3.5 and my father around -0.5 . I believe it's a DNA matter.

Without glasses, things far away become a problem.
