Still too many people with too many icons. I would say a maximum is one row/column. Then again, I have THREE ICONS.

My Network Places
Internet Explorer
Windows Media Player
Shortcuts

Either QuickLaunch it or delete it. Also, your system tray should definitely not have more than 4 things visible at a time.

Also, no more using XP Blue, Silver, or Olive. Nor can you use Windows Classic. Get some skins.
