Gamecube emulator - currently there is a few but none that can play commercial games

Emulators are not illegal.
To my knowlegde, that "you must already own it" thing really doesnt protect you, so I'm pretty sure ROMs are illegal.

The NES shortcut is for an emulator, which I have one ROM for, which also happens to be a game I own.
The Gamecube icon I made myself years back. It's for a folder I have a lot of my stuff in. The N64 one leads to a folder where I install all my games. The C is for the C Drive... the movie one is for my other harddrive (cause I often store movies on it... it's just a backup harddrive really).
I do not have an overabundance of icons. They are there for nearly all of the programs on my computer, that's all.Comment
