I'm also probably going to be an upcoming FFRer since stepmania is pretty serious

And a lot of people can be an "up and coming FFRer", so it's pretty hard to decide just one.

Anyway, how much of a change are we looking for in the categories of the awards? It was mentioned that the awards were simply copied from the '07 thread--and I wanted to know what else to look for, because I have about half of the spots filled if we keep the older categories.

'07 was a copy/paste of the '06 which TRD ran. TRD wasn't able to run the '07 awards, so the exact same categories were used. TRD is back and running the '08 and suggested that he might be changing up the categories a little bit.

Oh, alright then--it would make a lot of sense if most of the original categories were preserved then.

In that case, my ballot is about 60% filled (given that we use '07's categories.).
