this system of voting is flawed; most positions have a -lot- of choices for them

you should be able to nominate a second place that's counted instead if your first place doesn't make it
(like when you tally up all the votes, you knock off the last placers consecutively and reallocate the votes to the voter's second place)

At my request, please null and void all votes going towards me, good and bad. Not that I'm not worthy of my friends's votes, I'm happy they think highly of me, but I just feel like this is just another way for me to brag about myself somehow if I were to win something. I'm too erratic with my actions on here so I'd rather not demean myself more. Enough people hate me as it is which is a full 180 from what I've thrived to gain from this community.

Selfish action or not, just don't count me in when tallying votes for me.
