Probably the best thing to do is to just sell your computer and buy either a new one with xp or a used one with xp. If you get the used computer with xp be sure to ask whoever the owner/person is to see if it has viruses. If you think it's a good used computer, buy it, take it home and hook it up together.
Then after that, get a good antivirus in your system. DO NOT GO TO THE INTERNET AND GET A ANTIVIRUS. If you need a good antivirus system, meet me up at AIM so you can get a good one. After that then your good; unless if you don't have high speed internet. >_<
I think that's your best opinion. =/

The idea that RDCP 3 may come out in the future is a fun thought to have~

i have the driver disc lmao...it doesnt have anything for ATI/video.
i didn't think ati even had working vista drivers...
i hope you're putting that together with an athlon processor, preferrably one of those snazzy new cheap dual cores. otherwise, that's what's causing your lag.
Rule of thumb: Intel+nvidia=great, athlon+ati=good and cheaper, ANY OTHER COMBO=X_X
EDIT: oh yea, and on the topic of antivirus, spring the $40 for a copy of Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security + Antivirus. Great protection and it's very easy on your system. My old norton was so bad I had to restart after running the scan it taxed the system so bad. With TM, you don't even notice it ran.

You have no idea what your talking about...buy a new computer so you can use it's OS...yeah...that makes sense.
@Nyokou: Vista is really meant for medium to high end computers at the time. This happens with every OS that comes out. Companies just jam the newest ones on when they really shouldn't if the computer couldn't take it.
