yea ive watched loads of shows on stuff like this
imi happy with being just a little over 2/7ths her size
it's really sad
and i hate in so many cases of childhood obesity that the parents don't care
but that's mainly cuz they don't understand how dangerous it can be

Most of you just don't get it. That girl is sick, there are people that store fat at an astronomical rate and retain it and build up more, like in her case. Remember she is 7 and a lot less mature than most of posters here which doesn't speak for much after seeing most of responses.

Yeah, she definitely has a genetic defect, but it would have helped if the parents either a) did something about it when she was 5 or b) put her on a diet earlier. Sure it's not completely the parents' fault but it's not impossible to treat.
