I believe in everything the church teaches, but, I don't like the way the people inside the church act. They act completely hypocritical against the things they teach.. the biggest reason why I stopped being active.

im LDS as well, ive been active for all my life. but people in my ward are not hypocritical...some of the youth are though, but the adults and the bishopric are good people. i guess thats just my ward.

Lots of atheists here are misspelling atheist wrong. =/

Also, there is a difference between questioning God and not believing in God entirely, therefore there's no correlation between atheism and agnosticism. =/

I am roman catholic. I go to church every Sunday, and I am one to express my faith. I think about things from a logical standpoint, and yes, it does seem strange, but faith means believing without having to see. Just needed to get that out. Think about that!

It could have been said a bit more eloquently, but yes. More people need to understand this. Atheism = active belief that God does not exist. Agnosticism = lol i dunno

In everyone's eyes, everyone else's religion is wrong.

You're right. It's rude to go around saying it. It should be taken for granted that this is their opinion and they do not need to go around trying to press it upon others.

I only get involved in religious talk if others bring it up and try to attack my beliefs (or the lack thereof).

My favourite line: "Ok seriously, how could you even THINK we came from monkeys? Do you see people turning into monkeys?! End of discussion!"

I do not understand why people make such a big deal about religion though. It is nice to believe in something, but why care what others believe?
