    5 days in a row....? Calves twice a week? Why do a muscle twice a week when it is used in squats, and leg presses? It's not a main muscle in your body. It is merely used to assist in compound exercises. I also don't agree with setting aside a single day for tri's. ALL of your chest exercises should work your triceps and I really feel like you should only have like 1 isolated exercise for tri's (pulldowns are skullcrushers or whatever you choose) in the workout. And like I said before, quicker results may not be as good as slow results. If you stack them together you're screwed in a month when your body adapts to BOTH supplements. I think BSN just recommends what makes you spend more money . I also really don't want to **** up my body by taking them both at once.. I try to keep it light and cycle them month by month. My good friend is the top rated personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness and it is exactly what he does. But whatever works for you I guess.. What's your height, weight, and some of your lifts? Be honest.

      I'm 120lbs and 5'4. after stopping my NO-Xplode and Protein for like a month now i still benched 155lbs 3 times. Only supplement i used was AST 32X Multivitamins. I haven't really maxed out..just been doin low reps heavy weight.
      Flat: 155 3 reps last week
      Incline: 135lbs 2-3rep
      Decline: same as flat bench (needed a spot though)
      Squats. 225 rep

      I started out at 103 for wrestling but 112 is my normal weight then gained 8lbs from NO-Xplode and Protein. I maintained it by just eating. Yea i know i'm a Featherweight but i have a hard time cuz of my body frame is small so its hard to gain mass and break my genes. Any advice would help me out...ive been getting a few pointers from ppl in my gym, friends, and professionals . also using bodybuilding.com articles to help me out.

      edit: about the calves...i gotta tip that calves and abs are muscles that can be worked out every day. thats why pro basketball players use those special shoes to work their calves everyday to raise their jump. About chest...if i decide to do Close grip for most of my bench i'll be using Triceps most of the time but i tend to go a normal grip and balance it out with my chest and Tri's.
      By concentrating on Triceps for one day i can really put some definition on them. on Skull Crusher I put 20lbs on both side of the EZ bar for 6-8 reps
      I get back to some supplements later on..i'm just focusing on puttin more mass. So i'll get a weight gainer

        Alright I'm taking your advice you guys.

        And about toning, just workout more but with less right?
        That's what the all of the coaches say for sports at my school.

          Still lift the same if you're trying to tone. Just eat less calories and run/use the elliptical.

          And emptiness that's crazy you're so short and you weigh 120 pounds lol. It does have its advantages though.. squat and bench is easier with smaller limbs.

          I always thought of abs as a normal muscle just like anything else in your body, and you wouldn't work your chest every day would you? I've read that abs need time to grow just as your chest or any other muscle does. But you sound like you know what you're doing, just keep on eating.

            Weights are overrated. You don't need them. Do things like jogging and swimming more. Don't go down the gym to use a running machine. Go for a run around the block or whatever. Do press ups and the like. That's my advice. Seriously dude, jogging round the block is much more fulfilling than spending an hour down the gym.

              I'm pretty short (5'9") and my weight is closing in on 190. I have 5% body fat as my last test recorded.. which was about a month ago. Swimming is what i do, I'm not at the gym 5 days a week. Instead, i'm at the pool 7 times a week XD
              I still lift though, and as I see right now I have the highest bench :P

                I don't like to run because it gets boring after awhile especially since I don't have any running partners at all. So I have a jump rope for when I don't go jogging.

                  Considering you weigh 30 more pounds than me and you swim all week, yeah you should have the strongest bench lol.. goofy bastard :P. And businessman I'm not trying to be racist at all, but black people are inherently stronger than white people. Black people who have never lifted a weight in their life can bench twice as much as me lol.
