Where do my posts keep going? I'm starting to get a little angry. My last four posts in this thread have disappeared.

"A new take on the epic fantasy genre... Darkly comic, relatable characters... twisted storyline."

"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor

    My new novel:

    Maledictions: The Offering.

    Now in Paperback!

Read your PMs. Whine about it publicly again and it's 2nd warning.

"If your post mysteriously gets deleted twice, it's probably a good hint that the mods don't want it there. I was trying to keep discussion in the Pope thread away from a 4-month old argument about a moderator decision, and you kept bringing it up even though you were told not to.

        Warning #1."

No, you don't do that. I didn't bring the arguement up, someone else did. I sure hope they had their posts deleted and you gave them a warning, too, because right now, you're treating me a bit unfairly. You even said that there would be one more post allowed about it.

        A warning?

I'll kindly thank you to remove that warning.

        Mal

you can make one last post on this issue before we move on.
I know this wasn't directed at me, but since the other guy wasn't seizing the opportunity, I thought I'd bring it to a close with how hypocritical you were being. But maybe he made some more posts, they just got deleted like mine.

          2nd warning for you, Mal.

Yours were the only posts I deleted. You didn't bring the issue of the Christmas thread up, I wanted those who were already engaged in the debate to say their final thoughts before we moved on. If they chose not to, I'm all the more impressed at their maturity - it doesn't mean that other people get to continue the argument in their stead.

Mods don't delete posts without a reason. It may not be a reason you agree with, but it's a reason nonetheless. Yet you continued to post over and over again. The message that got sent, plain and clear, was "I am trying to circumvent the actions of the moderator." This is practically asking for harsher measures to be taken.

And I told you not to publicly grouse about this. If you wanted to take it up in PM or AIM, that's fine, but what's going on here is you wanting to make yourself look like the victim of some sort of intellectual oppression or censorship. This is a moderated community. Unfortunately, we have to shut people up sometimes to maintain order, and this is the 6th time today you've refused to be shut up.

Your indignance has been noted. Now can we PLEASE move on?
(Note: Failure to move on constitutes a 3rd warning. This argument is over.)

              Oh, man. Jewpin, you rock.

So does whoever wrote that article. I mean, I personally don't really like SA, but that was some funny stuff.
