You can also get a chef in the box and cook with no turn cost, but it takes quite a collection of items to do this. i suggest for now sticking with the small bits of food you get like hot wings and rat appendices. that or you can often find something to eat in our clan coffer. Nothing fancy mind you, but you'll get there.

Lupin, to get more worthless stuff from the sewer, you need to get a gum on a stick from the market right next to the sewer. Remember your training :P.

Kenzya, you also need Dry noodles to make hell ramen. They are expensive because it takes 2 rare ingredients, hellion cube and dry noodles, and you need the collaboration of a sorcerer ANd a pastamancer to make a batch of hell ramen. Therefore, one person cannot make it on their own, unless they are cheating and have multiple accounts *cough*sleepless*cough*

Tass, it's because you got full. You can only eat/drink so much in one day, and you can only get so drunk before not being able to drink more alcohol. I guess this is to further enforce the limited turn idea. If you could just keep eating and eating, you'd never run out of turns, as food items are quite easy to get.
