You'll be all right.
Depending on how old you and your peers are, you might encounter some teasing from those you've told, sure. Try not to let it get you down! You're entitled to enjoy whatever hobbies you choose. Others are entitled to their opinions, but as Mourningfall said, that shouldn't be your concern.
