    Leaving FFR for a while

    Hello everyone. By now most of you probably already know who I am around here. I'll make this short and sweet so you don't have to read a mile of text to know what is happening. It is likely you won't see me for a long time on FFR, my dad went ape-shit yesterday and shot my phone with a .22 because he is convinced that games are taking over my life. He has threatened to kick me out of the house if he catches me gaming again. He's also taken my computer away from me, and I cannot get it back. Until I get a job with my degree (almost finished this year), I will not be likely returning for a long time. I bid you all farewell, I hope to see everyone again someday. Goodbye for now.

      I really don't understand why people feel the need to shoot/break/destory things to make a point.

                                      I'm not going to lie, you have taken this game far too seriously for a very long time. And seeing as you've been a well and proper adult for a couple of years now (most likely,) you probably do need to find a job. It sucks that your parents have chosen that particular method of impressing that fact on you, though.

                                          Forreal though, as you're in shcool I wouldn't advise finding a friends couch as dev said, thats a huge ass life change especially while so committed to school. you're making the safe choice now as when you've got your degree you should find SOME work, and then can ACTUALLY EASILY move out, whereas you might be up shits creek without a paddle if you dipped or got kicked out now.

                                              I hate it when parents take stuff way too seriously.

                                              I feel like (at least for me,) that it's a good cop/bad cop relationship for parents when it comes down to the son/daughter/children. You're 20 for fucks sake, they shouldn't have to throw that big of a tantrum in your direction to get you to change your life. Heck, I would have been just fine if they sat down and talked to me about it formally & sternly. I wouldn't have went with the rebelling teenager/high consequence tactic.
