This fucking sucks bro. What I would do? Just go sit outside with a 6 pack and a pack of smokes, and clear your thoughts.
It hurts at first man, but you'll figure it out. Play a round or two on FFR or catch up with Arrested Development, that'll keep your mind off the wrong things

If you want my advice...
If she tries to get back with you in the future, don't do it.
She will never have your full trust after this, and the relationship will never be the same. I've been in a similar position before, so I know how you feel (sort of, I don't have a child or anything, so that is different).
I know right now you might want her back, but trust me, it goes away after time. The thing is that you have to try to move on.Comment
