Re: Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
Hi! You don't seem to understand the concept of "rights" and "royalties"
That noted, Capcom lost the rights to Marvel which, if I recall correctly, EA picked up.
I won't completely discount the idea of MvC3, though. It likely won't be just those two groups, but it would still fit in the versus series, though.
I play Magneto/Psylocke, with a third alternating with Hayato, Sabertooth, Colossus, and Storm. Most likely Hayato when I play other people, but my third could be anyone I feel like.
You play with Morrigan, Sakura, and Ken? What a joke! Not only would that be possibly the most boring team of three I could conceive (since all their moves are the same), but there's absolutely nothing special about Morrigan or Sakura. Ken's got the most powerful magic series air combo in the game with the Tatsumaku Senpuu-Kyaku finisher, and he's a decent assist character/Hyper Combo linker, but he also takes damage like a vagina, much like Akuma.
Ryu has pretty much no potential.
@magister: Cammy's pretty much a one-trick pony, as far as I'm concerned, so playing with her (despite how she can link her own hyper combos) gets old pretty quickly.
Magneto's one fun bastard to play with.

Re: Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
With Ken, after his launcher, -->super jump-->LP-->qcb+HK(Tatsumaki Senpuu-Kyaku) does WAAAY too much damage in the version we've got. I don't know if they fixed that in later versions, but it takes off HALF of Juggernaut's life bar.Hi! You don't seem to understand the concept of "rights" and "royalties"

Also, I rarely use Cammy to cause damage. Unless I'm up against a fool who doesn't know how to roll, then Cammy is only there for assists and linked supers, because my Magneto game is all about pressure. Both Cammy and Psylocke are used to put you in some situation where I can infinite you with Magneto. But Psylocke's Launch-->air combo-->double jump-->more air combo-->qcf+HK-->qcb+LK+HK-->Magneto's Magnetic Tempest-->Cammy's Killer Bee Assault looks SO nice.
Sometimes I just sit at the arcade machine and make up badass Super Combos with different characters...Comment

haha, its more of how i use them seperately than together anyway, and Sakura bad? thats a first. but ive grown to master the way i use them, and i find it hard to get beaten by most ppl. yes, i agree, hayato is indeed a good character, but his damage to others is quite low. Morrigan = Hawt & kickass O_Osigpic

Re: Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
I think Sakura's pathetic unless you switch to Dark Sakura, because then she owns. You can do her DragonPunch+LP+HP/ReverseDP+LP+HP immediately out of itself, and it's bufferable, so it's like straight invincibility if done right.haha, its more of how i use them seperately than together anyway, and Sakura bad? thats a first. but ive grown to master the way i use them, and i find it hard to get beaten by most ppl. yes, i agree, hayato is indeed a good character, but his damage to others is quite low. Hayato causes pretty good damage, but his lvl.3 Super ISN'T unblockable(which is retarded), and it doesn't really hurt all that much. It's ridiculously easy to make infinite combos with him and Ruby Heart's "Capture" assist.Comment

Re: Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
Hah, magister, I use the same combo with Psylocke and Magneto, though it's sometimes difficult to get a good third one off with the characters I use. When I have Sabertooth, though, I can finish it off with his Weapon X super, which is a nice ending. If I don't have a good ending character, I usually try to OTG with Magneto and start a whole new combo.
As for Hayato's Level 3 super, yeah, that is really lame, but it kind of had to be nerfed since he can get unlimited supers for a period of time. Where it IS sexy, though is in the b+LP, LP, HP, LK, LP, [pause], dash in, OTG c.LK, c.HP, sj.LP, sj.LK, sj.MP, qcb+KK, OTG c.LK, B. Hayato Super.
It's also decent against stupid computers with Super Armor, since they won't think to block after the first swipe from the move input.

Re: Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
I don't understand Gambit. I can work most any character in the game, but I can't even pull off a simple air combo with him. Not only that, but what's the deal with his Cajun Strike move (if I'm forgetting the name, it's the charge down move)? Seems utterly useless to me. His DP move is decent for ground combos, but really, I've never seen anyone play well with Gambit and I find him excruciatingly difficult to play with. So what's the deal?

Re: Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
Servebot is great. I think that was his name, I don't remember. That little lego guy? Heh, I usually played with servebot, psylocke, and hayato/cable. Cable is annoyingly cheap, especially his supers and his long range. Hayato was the one who usually caused damage, servebot and psylocke switched on and off hahaha. Servebot is just annoying and hilarious to use. I was never really good though so it doesn't really matter how strong the people are but how much fun they are to use to annoy your opponent =) Heh, like peach in SSBM.
