So I have no idea what the game meta is anymore but I want to jump back into hosting, preferably a simpler game. Please let me know if this is a terrible idea that would never work or if I could make this happen at some point.

e: If jTWG is still a thing I can absolutely host one of those.

If you want to host a game, send him a private message with the game idea you want to host. At the end of the current TWG game thesunfan will make a new thread with all of the possible games, and then everyone will vote on which one(s) they would like to play (3 votes per person, can stack votes)

the game meta is pretty much whatever people feel like playing

a lot of setups have been gotten from mafia wiki, to name a couple popular ones - matrix6 ( http://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Matrix6 ) and C9++ ( http://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=C9 ) which we haven't actually played in quite a bit lol

i think the simplest game setup would be the champions setup, which is just 13 players, 3 mafia/werewolves, 1 cop who starts off the game knowing of 1 player who is a vanilla townsperson

My usual simple/jTWG games went something like

Wolves
Master Wolf (sometimes, I'm on the fence about this one)
1 Guard
1 Seer
Humans

Adjust numbers depending on player signup, done. The absolute simplest game I've run was just wolves vs humans, no special roles on either side, but that gets kinda boring.
