Probably should have extended the restep rule to PIU as well, but since I didn't, I'll give you a review of this.

m4: mini-jack isn't very pleasing visually or pattern wise at that speed
m5: last 8th note of the measure forces a crossover that leaves the player backwards
m7/m8: ambiguous entry into this pattern because of the jumps
m13-m21: this entire section is 16th triplets, but you seem to avoid them for every last 8th note for an odd reason; some patterns aren't very fun either...
m15: end of this measure has a double-step that doesn't seem intentional
m33-m37: some strings are accounted for, some are ignored, some aren't even there...?
m45: 16th run ending in a jump is a bit bad for this speed, especially unchained
m50/m59/m61: more double-stepping

This chart also has a tendency to face one direction for a long time, which can bore a player. Being that it's another rhythm game restep, I'm also more inclined to say no to this regardless of the chart.

m52-m55: why'd you stop using the freeze/jack combination here?
m60: in the following sections, you accent the changing melody with crossovers - for the sake of consistency, you should do it here as well.
m67: being that the entire section involves turning/crossovers with the syncopation of the lead guitar, you should probably do it here as well, for consistency.

m77-m92: ...joygasm
m113-m121: try your best to use the crossovers uniformly here - if you make the player cross on beat 2 in one measure, make it happen again on beat 2 facing the other way for maximum pattern symmetry and flow

...you have grown SO much compared to the last submissions I've seen from you, holy hell!

First off - this is a 14. Now...this Expert chart is REALLY solid aside from a few little things I've mentioned, and is damn close to being accepted already; on a chart of this difficulty, it's damn hard to get by me in one shot and you ALMOST did it. Fix these changes and you definitely will earn an accept from me.

...I'm gonna have so much fun making a doubles to this.

Hard - Conditional
m19: try to use a cross-over in a more accented part of the melody, it'll be more pleasing both as an accent and visually...kinda like:
m26: ...like this.

m41-m59: this section faces to the left way too often. Vary up your patterns a bit.

m60-m77: this entire section is fine, although it could make for some great crossover material
m80: awesome way to syncopate to the solo! Very good thinking!
m91: the solo goes into the second beat of this measure, although you can compensate by removing the first 4th note of this measure to give it the separated feeling that the melody gives off
m122: keep your accenting even here, the crossover on the 4th beat was a nice tough, no reason to take it away

Very interesting for a Hard chart. There's a few notable discrepancies that could use a fixing though. Also - this is probably more suitable as a 10 with what you have, so a rating change might be necessary.

Medium - Reject
m9-m17: Kinda not liking the four note repetition here.
m28: The two note repetition looks a little bit nicer than the four note, but you go away from that here as well. Why?
m33: double-step
m107-m108: following this 8th note sequence entirely leads to double-steps
m109-m122: great accenting of the melody with the two-note repetition

This chart has some serious objective errors, and also looks a bit too empty in some spots. Freezes can help fill this emptiness, if used right.

Easy - Conditional
This chart just has a lot of minor double-stepping at the end of every phrase. At a lower BPM, it would definitely be alright to leave them in, but at this speed, it's a little fast to put in ambiguous steps and improperly coordinated movement.

Novice - Accept
m47-m49: cute

Accents the proper rhythms, and does a good job keeping things interesting. The ending is a bit hard for a 2, but it works.

Rock Club (Kommisar) - Conditional
Expert

m5-m6: while is perfectly correct usage, it might strike the player's mind that they just did this same pattern the same exact way before. Maybe find a way to mirror this pattern so they balance one direction turn with the other?
m48-m53: the chip that this run is going to is so quiet...
m65-m71: c'mon - mix it up a bit

m71-end: copy/paste? you could mirror it

Another thing that's turning me off a little with this chart is the micro-freezes. It's not too bad though.

Hard - Conditional
m5-m6: SEE YOU MIRROR IT HERE, ATTABOY
m40: sequence forces a double-step
m65-m71: being that you didn't use crossovers to do this, there's a few other three-step sequences you can use here for partial pitch relevancy. It'll also break the copy/paste you have here as well, which is always nice.
m71-end: try mirroring here as well

Same issue here with the micro-freezes. This chart plays a bit better than the Expert though.

Bridge of the Lotus (Gpop)
Expert - Conditional/Accept
m8: you might want to change the note on (29.000); with the freeze entirely complete and the player having L on up and R on right, it's not a smooth transition
m12: not a big deal here, but the first note of the 24th mini-trill is extraneous (although it maintains flow, so it's acceptable)
m25-m33: this section doesn't sit well with me; it's a bit confusing what is getting attention with all of the jumps on guitars AND snares here. I like the choice of accents in m15-m24, where it's very clear as to what is being chosen as the main instrument of choice. Another thing to point out - there's a guitar in the background holding very close to the same rhythm as the percussion, with some slight deviations. It could help to get rid of repetition.
m38/m62: eh, I guess this works. Not a fan of a it, considering you used freezes for other lead melody accents.
m42/m46 - nice hand usage
m43-m48: facing right the entire time? That's almost ten seconds in the same direction.

I am really unsure about this chart...I mean, I look at Intersect Thunderbolt SX, and see an intense and well-stepped chart. Then I come here...not sure. I'll look at this again and figure out what I want to do it.

Hard - Conditional
m7 - might want to change this jump, forces a horrible doublestep
m41 - somewhat bland pattern choice.

Not bad at all. Just some polishing needed.

Medium - Reject
m17-m25: this could use some variation
m37: last beat of this measure theoretically forces a double-step into m38
m41-m49/m65-73: This may be a medium chart, but that's no reason to choose simplistic/boring patterns. Repeating the same tap multiple times over and over again is only so fun for so long.

Not fond of this one at all.

There are double-steps EVERYWHERE in this chart. A sizable portion of this chart is nothing but quarter notes, and the intro starts with ridiculous 16th runs, making for a horrible difficulty inconsistency. The chart isn't even structured well.

This chart is actually fun. A few things:

m66 - that freeze + where the 16th is: this pattern is correct, but is not pleasing visually. You might want to shorten that freeze a bit.
m71 - unlike the other DU jumps, this one has some considerable ambiguity issues

This chart could use a little bit more pattern uniformity, but it's great as it is.

SM is REALLY acting up, so these will all come from DDream. Numbers are times, in seconds.

This chart seems fairly dominant toward facing to the right and front in the first 1/3 of the file, but not too much to the left, which begins to get a bit problematic in terms of fun factor. The single directional facing is great for the accent of the melody at 17.046, though.

> 69.846 to 77.046: great section, love the mine accenting and the lack of steps until the runs start - gives it that "uh-oh" feel.
> 77.046 to 96.246: BPM could probably be halved here, since there's very little going on.

I also noticed partial pitch relevance in 8th notes with the melody being split into three notes.

Chart isn't bad by any means, just could use a little more touching up. This is fairly borderline...

I have no issue with the chart being overall streamy, but a major thing that's turning me off is the accent of the synthesized vocals as jumps - it makes the file a bit jerky and forced, which isn't always a good feeling. Another thing that's irking me quite a bit is the overuse of mini-freezes in the middle of runs; you might be able to find something better to syncopate to, rather than just using the streamy/runny pattern again and again.

> 40.670 - this is one of the areas that has what I call a "double-accent". You're using your chart to represent the vocals, but since they are very loud and apparent, you're "double-accenting" them by adding freezes. Layering in whatever you were layering next to the vocals would work fine because it adds an implied chart syncopation.

Chart is alright, but some of the choices of representation are a bit awkward.

HARD - Conditional
This chart suffers from the same issue as the hard chart, with the micro freeze usage. However, I personally think this chart has a better overall structure because it has pattern symmetry, which looks very pleasing.

Examples: 66.548 - player faces left + crossover, 69.548 - player faces right + crossover, etc.

This time, the melody representation is a bit awkward for me - straight trills is a proper way to suppress any pattern difficulty, but at the same time, it just looks strange for a moving melody to keep the player on the same two arrows. This is where following something else might come in handy.

> 88.673 - lengthen this freeze a bit, it's a little unclear as to where the player should move their feet.

> 116.423 - crab hand, although it's relatively slow

With a little bit of fixing, this chart could possibly replace the Expert chart since it's a bit more nicely put together.

Medium - Reject
The difficulty on this chart is all over the place. A player would have to be a decent amount of skill for their level just to even survive this, and players like that would probably be a bit bored with just quarter note jumping. I can see the overall foundation of this sitting as a hard chart, if it got tweaked a bit more. In my eyes, this chart is practically unusable as a medium chart.

ALL DIFFICULTIES - REJECT
There are NO gimmicks in this file. With that said, there is absolutely NO reason for this chart to have blue note syndrome. Fix the offset and you'll get a proper review.

m8/m17: 32nds at 129 BPM for a 10? They aren't trills either...too much movement. :/
m20-m28: this section is actually pretty nicely stepped, although it seems to face left a little bit more dominantly. A little more pattern symmetry could do this section well.
m28-m32: ...slowdown? There's still a background percussion line that is just as dominant as the first one.
m33-m44: FACING LEFT AAAAAA (seriously though, this is like 20 seconds, haha)

The stepchart itself isn't too bad, but the issues within it actually take up a large portion of the chart's length. There is some nice step rhetoric in some sections, though.

Corset Theme v2(FoxX)
EXPERT - Reject
Half BPM gimmicks are a nice touch. However, this chart's structure is pretty much nonexistant. The patterns just seem randomized, and where variation could be used the best, there isn't any at all.
m16-m21: this section just looks downright bad - the jump patterns alone are enough to be a turn off, but the mini-freezes attached to them makes it way over-accented.
m54-m56: stairs are not the only pattern in existance

m58-m72: this part was actually kinda interesting, but outside of the jacks, the patterns just seem to be randomized

Not much to be said about this really.

m19-m20: the player already has their left foot on the down arrow, but according to your pattern/freeze lengths, the player's right foot would have to be on the up arrow, rather than the down arrow where it belongs. it's either an ambiguous entry, or a double-step.

Oddly enough, those are the only things technically WRONG with the file, but this chart suffers from a lack of pattern variation as well. You could actually pull off the vocal freezes as 1 beat freezes, rather than trying to make them short. Also, vary your patterns! I see a lot of areas where the chart has some good pattern usage, and others where there isn't enough. Try balancing out your patterns - if you do something one way, try doing it the other way.

MEDIUM - Conditional
m27: double-step

Not an abysmal chart, just nothing really special about it. Another instance where you're following the music but not adding anything special to it. I want more than that.

- 48.075-55.460: could maybe use freezes to give the player something to do while accenting the piano behind it?
- 75.767: if a player just so happens to keep their foot raised rather than dodging each individual mine, then the D/U jump causes you to face the wrong way before a somewhat faster pattern
- 77.613-90.537: try to vary up the patterns a bit more to make the player face different directions rather than holding them that way for a few measures at a time (same issues with m54/m57)
- 109.921-122.844: seems a bit jumpy for a section that doesn't really need it; just me, though.

-Good rhythm/pattern use for this. Plays really well

-One thing I like about this chart is the diversity of patterns that don't always point you in one direction. Even though you're limited to difficulty, this flows nicely.

Novice accep

-Good way to introduce lightly turning in this.
-I know you're against it, but some parts could perhaps use a jump or two? since it's a 2 block difficulty

City of the Flowers

-m8 this hold forces a crossover, silly
-m20 I'm gonna go ahead and say this mini-jack sounds the same as the rest of the 16ths, would probably work better as a trill
-m56 for a 10 this is probably too hard
-rest is, of course, fantastic and really fun.

Hard Accep

-there are a few gaps that feel a little too empty for a hard chart
-other than that, rest is great. feel is awesome and flows nicely

Medium Conditional Accep

-I could argue that some of the obvious PR isn't as solid, but it's an easier chart so it really doesn't matter (some jacks are alternate notes in the melody but watev)
-m42 you didn't put a hold to the natural harmonics when you did previously (although I assume that was to add the dual hold right after) but you do at m44, so I'd call this inconsistent
-m53 this could lead to a double step because of the length of the hold

Easy Accep

-Steps follow the music nicely here, not much to complain about.

Novice Accep

-m22 the flow feels a little broken after the holds. This whole section here is a little one-sided (facing left)
-m27 this hand hold seems random
-m31 after the 3rd 4th this 32nd sequence is missing a 16th
-m36 second hold perhaps shorten it? Seems awkward to have that 8th note stuck to it during a 16th run
-last jump i'd maybe make it a jump jack since going from an UD trill to a LR jump is a little weird.
-The jumps in this are accentuated awesomely. I see this file making it in with some fixes (most of it feels one-sided also, might want to switch around a few patterns)

-Sync is early
-The beginning is correct, but doesn't seem loud enough to have steps this intense right off the bat
-m15 the jumps are ok, but sometimes becomes a lot of footwork ([LU][D][DR])
-m27 from experience, I can tell you the holds here are abused, especially in the streams
-File seems kinda repetitive since jump section and stream section repeats a lot
-As is, needs a lot of fixing.

Hard Reject

-Start feels much cleaner
-For an 11, the streams in this might get a little too hard
-m39 the roll stream is good, but i'd consider maybe switching it up a little halfway? It's kinda long
-I'd also suggest leaving short freezes out. Long ones are fine, but short sustained notes to melody don't really need holds. Makes the chart look cleaner and easier to read

Medium Conditional Accep

-Not much to say about this chart other than it's strictly 8th notes. Seems a little bland idk
-m39 this hold is way too long.
-m60 this part is good. Still feels like it has a tad bit of hold abuse though but in some parts here they're necessary
