First we need to get a definite accepted file list if kommi wants to be eLiTiST and make a high quality pack. There are a good number of files that barely passed judgment that still managed to make it onto the list which might get pulled (with all due respect the acceptance rate for this pack is fairly high and lenient compared to the two previous packs).

Hold off on any GFX creation until that list is finalized.

Probably no because I mainly lurk here all the time.
I prefer to see a bunch of old FFR names in the pack, unlike CKMP that everyone is in there
