Because Kommisar quit singles and has become a simfile solord, he will no longer be leading future Xoon projects however he will still be judging files on the side when he's not busy. With the return of Rebirth in the Bluexoon and Stepmania community, he has accepted responsibility for leading this project, hence why this pack is entitled "The Transition".

Aiming for 30-40 quality files with fun and replay value. If we get a huge flow of submissions, at most we will cap our file limit to only the top 50. We won't be extending the file limit like last time as we did for Xoon 4.

don't worry: far east was originally an xmod pad file. the kb chart for it is garbage which is why i'm not releasing it
